San Diego Chapter Nebraska Alumni Association

The San Diego Chapter of UNAA was reorganized in the fall of 1994. The present board of directors wishes to thank all previous chapter officers and volunteers. The mission of the San Diego Chapter is to enhance the reputation of the University of Nebraska in our adopted home, and, to inform local alumni about positive civic and community events participated in by the local chapter.

Our Fiestas, Founder's Days, are usually held during the winter to provide a warm escape for our guests from Nebraska. In the past, guests have included former Chancellor James Moeser; current Chancellor Harvey Perlman; the Scarlet and Cream Singers (on their 25th anniversary tour with a trip to SoCal); and current and former varsity football coaches including Tom Osborne. There are several venues that can be selected, all with one thing in mind, easy accessibility, good food, good service and a great time. If a visitor is in town they are more than welcome to attend.
